& SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION

At Hannaford, we understand that we
have a responsibility to help build strong and healthy
communities, where ALL of our customers, associates and families
can thrive. We are committed to partnering with nonprofit
organizations to better the places where we live and work.
The application link below is
only for regional donation and sponsorship requests from our
corporate office.
If you are you planning a local
fundraising event for a nonprofit organization in your community,
please call or visit your local Hannaford store and speak with
the Manager on Duty. You will need to submit your written request
directly to your local Hannaford Supermarket Store Manager, with
at least 2 weeks' notice. Requests for support are limited to one
store. Please refrain from approaching multiple stores for your
request.
Please note that all requests
submitted through the link below must be made a minimum of 8
weeks in advance of need, and submissions that do not meet this
requirement will be declined. Any organization that discriminates
based on gender, gender identity, race, ethnicity, religion,
national origin, or sexual orientation is ineligible for
consideration. All contributions are made at the sole discretion
of Hannaford Supermarkets.
Requests We Are Unable to
Accommodate
While we would love to support all
requests that we receive, there are some that we cannot,
including:

Golf Tournaments.

Organizations that focus on the
arts. However, programs that address immediate needs in local
communities will be considered.

Solicitation and distribution
activities on our premises by any community
organizations.

Fundraisers benefiting specific
individuals or families. We focus support on nonprofit agency
programs that provide assistance to people in need.

Requests from faith-based
agencies for religious purposes. However, we will consider
funding programs offered by faith-based organizations that
support all members of the community.

Educational scholarships for
individuals.

Foundations and other
organizations that collect donations to distribute. We prefer
to make our donations directly to local organizations.

Professional development seminars
and conferences.

Lobbying or political
activities.

Travel expenses.
-
Sports Teams.
-
Pageants.
-
Private clubs.
-
Any organization or event outside
our marketing areas, including national or international
organizations.

Events defined as galas,
carnivals, festivals, fairs, etc.

Fulfilling pledges of
others.
-
Employee Recognition
Events.
